Maritime Discovery Centre...

Yesterday we went to the Maritime Discovery Centre. We all really enjoyed it and hadn't realised the time went by so quickly, we actually spent 2 hours there. So the Portland Maritime discovery centre was the Rech family classroom for the day and the girls loved it, Serena was the last one out. The girls were highly interested in everything, reading the information, interacting with the displays and taking it all in. The girls took a heap of notes for our family project on Beautiful Portland!

Inside the big blue whale...
Signal flag to signal from ship to ship or ship to shore...Elissa and Serena spelling their names out with the signal flags...
Be Afraid, Be VERY Afraid...
The Girls interacting with the displays...
Doing a Great job tying some knots...
Taking lots of notes...
Sharks, Sharks and more Sharks...
I Adore this Man...

  1. I love the photo of the girls in the lighthouse doorway. It's good they had bright clothes on. Hi to you all. Blessings. Jill
