On Friday 6th October after crossing another border, we made our way to a working cattle station that also is open to caravans and campers. We paid $20 for the 4 of us for one night. There is no power on the station, however, you are welcome to use your own generator until 8pm. There is water hook up, and clean amenities..Banka Banka was a great choice, well priced and a relaxing stay for the night to give us a break from driving.
Upon arriving all children are given a zooper dooper. The station has donkeys, camels and horses you are welcome to pat and feed and it's enjoyable to have a walk around and explore the old station buildings, and as always the we met a lovely family that we hung out with well into the late evening, the kids enjoying each others company and the adults just having a good old chat. It was a GREAT night!
