The Good, The Bad and The Ugly...

I have quite a bit to share about the last few days and an update on our vehicle, so the next few posts will be a catch up and update...

The Good...

As I mentioned in a earlier post, it was my VERY Spunky Shane's birthday on Friday. This year for all our birthday's we've decided everyone will get to chose something special we all do on that day (a special experience) to celebrate the birthday boy/girl's special day, they also get to chose what we have for dinner and everyone get's a special pancake breakfast, Yum!

Shane chose to check out the 12 apostles and all the lookout points along the way to the apostles. We were out all day walking around site seeing for about 10 hours. It was an exhausting day, however it was a FUN day, the scenary was Extremely GORGEOUS and well worth checking out. We spent the day breathing in beautiful salty air and getting our feet sandy and wet in the ocean, it was AWESOME! I can't get over the beautiful scenery we have here in Victoria, it is simply Gorgeous. I LOVE Victoria. I'm in no rush to leave this beautiful state.

We drove along the Great Ocean Road and we stopped at many lookouts and walked along many trails along the way, including a 1 hour trail and a 30 minute trail. Below is a lookout and trail list we checked out on Shane's birthday.......
-A Bay of islands lookout
-Massacre Bay
-The Grotto
-London Bridge
-Shipwreck walk and Loch Ard Gorge (We all agreed this was the best/most beautiful spot of the day)
-Twelve Apostles
-Gibsons steps (This was a Beautiful spot to go for a looong walk at the end of the day)

I will try to remember where each photo was taken, but it was a long day and I took nearly 1000 photos!
