We have been part of the House of Praise Church for the last 6 weeks and we feel part of the family here. The people are friendly and welcoming, the Pastors (Kaine and Simone) are humble, God and people focused Pastors who preach great, relevant, to the point messages by the way...LOVE IT!
We are blessed to have met not just such strong, humble Pastors but also such beautiful people.
We've really enjoyed the company of these Pastors and hearing their hearts for God and for the Church!
So last Sunday we had a guest speaker come and visit House of Praise...
Ps. Phil Camden came and shared an inspirational message with us, his message was so inspirational...I got so much out of it.
This man of God has motor neurone disease, however, even if this illness slows him down, it hasn't stopped him from doing Gods will, sharing the word of God with those around him and reaching people for the kingdom of God, Love it!
He has turned the tables on his illness and instead of crawling into a ball and hiding under a rock (who would blame him if he did) he has used his illness to reach people he would not have been able to reach beforehand, those with the same illness. He is sharing the HOPE of GOD with those around him who feel helpless...How Awesome, How Inspirational! What a strong and inspirational man!
He has inspired me to use ALL that I have been through in my life, the good, the bad, and the down right ugly to reach people for God. To reach those who are stuck in the same ugliness I was once stuck in. To help them through it, love them through it and show them Gods love through it. Most of all, show them there is a way out...there is HOPE...there is ALWAYS HOPE xo
