Another Trip In The Ambulance...

Hi everyone,
Hope everyone is well and enjoying life.
I just have a health update to share.

We spent Australia day at home, Shane worked on Australia day and the girls and I made delicious chocolate brownies.
In the evening when Shane was home and we were casually watching a family movie on telly, I started feeling funny in the head, chest and tummy.
I got up to go to the bathroom and instantly felt extremely dizzy (hold onto the wall dizzy), hot, clammy, nausea's, thirsty and needing to use the toilet numerous times.
I tried to relax myself but my heart rate went up very quickly and I felt as though I would faint. We called the ambulance (the hospital is about 20 or so minutes away) mainly because my heart rate wouldn't settle and because I have never felt this dizzy and hadn't felt this sick in some time.

So another cannula put into my arm (my poor arm has previous scar damage from all the cannula's back in Queensland), 2 blood sugar tests, lots of blood tests, urine tests, I was monitored until early hours of the morning, same old questions asked and then I was cleared to return home and advised to see a doctor within a week and make an appointment with a specialist.

ARGGHHHHHHH....I remained unwell on and off for about 8 or 9 days with the same symptoms. I lost weight once again (my weight goes up, up, up and then I get sick and it quickly goes down, down, down).
I was hoping I was over it all but nope it seems I'm not.

So I went to the doctors and got a referral to an endocrinologist. I was rudely told I would not get an appointment with this specialist (apparently the best in his field in WA) for "a long, long, long, long, long time), well I have an appointment with him in about 2 weeks, THANK YOU GOD.

So I'm asking for prayers...Pray these health issues will be resolved, preferably without medication. I'm already on 2 different meds a day and I would really love to be on no medication at all, the side affects are pretty sucky and I just don't want to rely on drugs, I just want to know what is happening to my body and be well again.

Anyway life goes on...We are enjoying exploring WA on Shane's days off work...the beaches are AMAZING, we LOVE the beaches so much...the beach is really our happy place. More on that in a future post.

Hope everyone is well xo
Thanks in advance for praying xo
Love,
Dimi xo
