Only 7 Sleeps...

...and we have SOOOOOOO much to do!
I guess that's what happens when you move out of a house and into a caravan, Haha!
I'm not even going to share our very large to do list. It will scare you :-0
I'll just say, we have wayyy to much to do, but we are trying to focus on the good times ahead :-) The packing, storing, sorting and cleaning will all be over soon and then we can enjoy beach hopping, ice cream eating, church hopping, meeting new people, family time and all the fun things our journey is going to bring. I'm looking forward to it all!
Okay, I need to get back to work now. Break time is over!

Keep Smiling and Take Care,
Dimi xo

Blog Questions & Answers...

I have had a few general questions regarding posts and the blog, so I thought I would make a post to answer the common questions (not personal ones) for all to see.
I hope it's helpful...

Question 1....
When viewing your blog on my phone I can only access 7 blog posts? Do you have anymore posts?
Answer 1....
If you scroll down the page, at the bottom of the page click on "view web version," you will then be able to see all the posts.
Once you get to the "view web version," you just go to the bottom of the page and click on "older posts," to see all the previous posts.
At the moment, altogether I have 38 posts!

Question 2....
Can I automatically have your posts emailed to me?
Answer 2....
Yep, you sure can!
On the home page under the "About me" section, there is a "follow by email" tab, if you add your email to that and click on submit, you will receive a verification email to the email address provided, and then all future posts will be sent to the email address provided. I hope that makes sense :-)

Question 3....
Can I make a comment?
Answer 3....
Yes, you can make a comment. At the bottom of every individual post you can click on the word "comment" and leave a comment. It will either say, no comment, or 1 comment, or 2 comments and so on. I'm more than happy for anyone to leave positive comments!

Question 4....
Can I contact you?
Answer 4....
Yes, you sure can contact me. You can email me with any question you have if you like. My new Gmail account was set up specifically for this blog. If you have any questions just email me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.......
My email address is- dimirech@gmail.com

Thank You Heaps for the questions and I hope my answers help :-)
Take care,
Dimi :-)

8 Sleeps...

Elissa's Beautiful count down...

Only 8 sleeps to go...We are feeling very excited and a bit scared about what lies ahead for us, but God keeps reminding us....
                                Romans 8:28
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose for them.
Thank You Lord :-)

It was our second last week today with our Church Family (Encounter Church in Sunbury, Vic) and it was quite sad. Our Pastor prayed for us and our church family blessed us with gifts, cards and encouraging words, we feel so very blessed.
It was sad to say goodbye to the children's ministry. The children have a very special place in my heart and I feel very blessed to have been a part of their lives the last few years. I'm excited to see this ministry grow in the future :-)
It's been an amazing few years serving and being a part of Encounter Church. We look forward to seeing all the amazing things God is going to do in Sunbury, and in Encounter church in the near future. We also look forward to serving God in many different ways over this next chapter of our lives.

Thank you Encounter Church for all you've done for our Family xo
Thank you God for never giving up on us and for always leading us xo

Only 8 sleeps to go...How exciting!
Take care,

Zoey's Sleepover...

I mentioned in another post that Zoey was going to her lovely foster families house for an overnight sleepover. The sleepover sounded like it mostly went well, Zoey just needs to adjust to living in a different house with different people and other pets. I think she will be more than fine and adjust well once we are gone and she moves in with her foster family!
Zoey came home the next morning, she was super excited and super energetic.
Check out these pics of us playing...What's funny is that Zoey hardly ever fetched a ball in the past, she actually preferred her rope, but she has recently become a little hooked on fetching her blue ball. So cute and  so funny.....
She's had enough playtime and is ready for a nap...

9 Sleeps...

This Beautiful Count Down is from Serena...

Yep, that's correct! We only have 9 sleeps until we move out of our house and into our new home on wheels...

The Count Down is On...

10 sleeps until we move out of here and move into our new home on wheels...only 10 short sleeps :-0 Wowser!
Our Countdown on Our Fridge...
We finally made a few bookings for December and January. We couldn't leave it any longer, mainly because it will be the school holidays soon and a lot of places get booked out quite quickly.
We are booked into and visiting Macedon, Ocean Grove, Portland, Warrnambool and many places in between like Barwon Heads, Queenscliff, Torquay, Lorne, Port Fairy and many more places (all are in Victoria). Some of the sites we are staying at are very basic sites just to park/set up our home on (which is good with us). One of the places we are staying at is a BIG 4 caravan park that we've been to before, it was a few years ago. The girls have always wanted to return to this place. It has really GREAT facilities for the Girls, so we will be spending Christmas there. It will be a real treat for us to stay there over Christmas.

This part of Victoria is our safe place to visit!
We have been to many of these places quite a few times (some are new to us). We decided we would start and end our journey in Victoria (If it's God's will for us). We wanted to stay in places we felt comfortable in for a few weeks while we adjusted to caravan living, driving a 4WD and towing a caravan...What a HUGE learning journey we all have ahead of us! I'm really excited for our Girls, they are going to see, experience and learn SOOOOOOO very much throughout this journey. We are SOOOOOOO VERY excited about hitting the beach, checking out some beautiful national parks and visiting different Churches. We are so curious to see what different Churches are like.

We are SOOOOOOO curious and VERY excited to see how God is going to use us on this journey. We are open to everything. All He has to do is tell us what to do and we will do it! That's the deal we have with God, Hahaha!
I love how God can use anyone to accomplish His will for this world. It has nothing to do with being a perfect person or being a perfect Christian or being Highly educated (I'm far from all those things). I believe if God calls you, you just have to be willing to say, "Yes God, I will do what you've called me to do" and then do it!
God is Absolutely, Positively AWESOME. He is FULL of Mercy, Grace and Love!
You know, If God has a calling on your life, with all your heart accept that calling and run with it. Do what you can to make it happen, knowing if He has called you, He will equip you. God doesn't set people up for failure, He will walk with you and He will lead you all the way!
God is SOOOOOOO GOOD!

Anyway, I'll stop going on, I better get back to packing and cleaning, sorting and storing.
Take Care and enjoy the beautiful blue sky we have here in Sunbury :-)

Sweet Zoey...

This is a photo taken of our Zoey girl while she waits to be picked up by a VERY special person for her first sleep over at her house.....
I've posted before about how we needed a temporary home for Zoey while we are on our journey around Australia. Deb is the VERY Special and Lovely Lady taking Zoey into her home for us. We are Sooooooo VERY grateful to Deb, and Sooooooo VERY grateful that she is doing this for us. What she is doing is no small thing to do for someone, especially someone you don't know well.

Zoey's now been to Deb's house twice for a visit, and tonight will be her third visit and first sleep over at her foster family house. Hopefully it all goes well and she doesn't fret. I'm sure she will be fine!
It really is good for Zoey to spend some time at Deb's house before we leave, it will help her build a bond with her new foster family before she moves in.
It would be horrible to drop her off at a home she has never been to before, I couldn't do that. I think it's much better for Zoey this way!
It feels strange and sad for us to not have Zoey around, jumping on our bed's, giving us her rope to throw for her and snuggling up on our laps, but its all part of the process we need to all go through to help her and us adjust to these changes.
Hopefully Zoey can have a couple more visits before we leave for our journey to help her feel more at home in her new foster home and help us (especially our Girl's) adjust to not having her around.

We believe Zoey's new foster family will take very good care of her and we feel very blessed that they are doing this for us :-)
To Our New Friends.....Thank You VERY Much for taking care of our much loved Zoey while we are away xo
Take Care,
Dimi, Shane, Elissa, Serena xo
