GoodBye Sydney, N.S.W...

It is finally time we say goodbye to Sydney, goodbye to beautiful Camden and goodbye to House of Praise Christian Church xo
We've had a great stay here in Sydney, N.S.W. we've met a whole lot of people, we've become part of a great church family, we've been able to minister to quite a few people...some even came to church, and some gave their lives over to God :-) 
You know, we've had people give there lives to God and make a decision to follow Him and live for Him and we so love when this happens, we LOVE IT, but when it doesn't happen, when people don't want to know about God and His beautiful Love for them, it really hurts us, it hurts our hearts, however, we've realised and God has shown us that we are doing this for HIM. We are being obedient to what He has called us to do. So if people receive from us, WONDERFUL, and if people do not receive from us, that is entirely their choice, we have done our part and I Thank God for showing us this even more during our stay here in Sydney!

Sydney has been good to us, it definitely isn't a place I would choose to stay at based on the area, it is so fast paced, crazy city life, shops, traffic, shops, concrete everywhere, buildings, shops, traffic, more shops everywhere, but it's a place where we have met some amazing people and God has used us in different ways here and we've enjoyed it for those reasons...We were even able to catch up with some friends we met when we stayed at Kioloa a few months back, it was great to see them and catch up with this beautiful family also xo

We've made some wonderful memories here in Sydney with some wonderful people.

So we've made a huge amount of memories here in Sydney! It's actually quite hard to say goodbye to Sydney. I have an ache in my heart, again, not because of the area but because of the people we've met :-)

Goodbye for now Sydney! Thank You for the GREAT memories, I have tears in my eyes as I type this for what I leave behind, for what we have accomplished here and for the great memories we have. I also have joy and excitement in my heart for what is to come...the possibilities are endless and not only because we are a family traveling around Australia, but because we are a family who is truly on a FAITH led journey, trusting God all the way...we are doing our bit and God will continue to do His bit...Proverbs 16.9 comes to mind...A man plans his way, but the Lord orders his steps.
So we will keep on moving forward on this journey of ours, we will keep travelling, keep ministering to people, keep enjoying family time and keep having an amazing adventure and as we do this we know God will continue to direct our steps, He has already, and I know He will continue to xo
So goodbye for now Sydney, we may see you again some time xo

Wonderful House of Praise Christian Church...

This is Us, Plus 1...

So yesterday was our last Sunday at House of Praise Christian Church. We are finally leaving Sydney, Haha, it only took us 2 months, Hahaha :-D

House of Praise church was the main reason we stayed here for so long, this church really made us feel like family.
This church is a church full of lovely people, with humble and beautiful Pastors who believed in us enough to give us opportunity to minister, serve, preach and lead within their church and their community. 
This church made us feel part of their family and we have been truly blessed by all of them.

This Sunday they sent us off with a yummy lunch ( I LOVE their food, especially the Indian food ), cake, beautiful words, prayer and lots of hugs and kisses. They have also supported us in many other ways and for all their support we are so VERY grateful xo 
All we can say is that our hearts are FULL. We feel both LOVED by, and LOVE for this church and this family...Thank You SOOOOO VERY Much House of Praise for welcoming us into your Church and Homes...we appreciate it and we appreciate you all xo

Winter Cleaning Madness...

So the last couple of days we've been doing our 6 month (WOWSA, it's been that long already ) winter clean out! If you know me, then you'll know I'm a bit of a clean freak, I think I was born that way, Haha, and it's something Shane's been slowly trying to get out of me since we first met (I used to be a cleaning Nut Case)!

I'm not a cleaning nutter like I once was, however, I still like to keep my home clean and tidy, organized and clutter free.
You would think living in a caravan there wouldn't be too much to keep clean, well that isn't really true. In a caravan you have less space to clean than in a house, and often you can clean it up quicker than a house, but a caravan being a small space gets messier much easier!
So in preparing for our departure from Sydney on Tuesday morning, we've had a huge clean out, we've emptied every cupboard, every nook and cranny, every draw has been emptied and cleaned, and dusted, bug sprayed ( I hate bugs/spiders ), we've washed the curtains and windows and basically cleaned our home inside and soon will be cleaning it on the outside...oh and we have given away, donated and sent back some items we can live without, it feels sooo good!
So here are some photos of our clean up, just because I take photos of everything...

Well, we've done a great job! We have a few more things to do and then the winter clean stops and the packing starts tomorrow, ready for us to leave our home of 2 months and continue travelling around Australia...I'm so excited :-)

Disgustingly GOOD Krispy Kreme...

We finally made it to a Krispy Kreme Doughnut cafe...YAY!
They may be everywhere but we've never been to one, so when we spotted one on our way home today I made Shane stop and buy some Krispy Kreme doughnuts, trust me it didn't take much to stop him!

They look sooooo Good!

It was a yummy stop at Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I doubt we would go again anytime soon. The doughnuts are yummy, but very sickly, but still good! I need to go for a 2 hour walk just to burn off the doughnut calories, Hahaha :-)
